Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Indoniq Sarees does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order — either fully or partially — as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible from your end.

2. How can I cancel my order?

You can easily cancel your order directly from the ‘My Orders’ section on your Indoniq account. Just select the item(s) you wish to cancel and follow the prompts. You’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation once the cancellation is successful.

3. What if my order is already shipped?

If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. However, you may refuse delivery when it arrives, and it will be returned to us. If your order was prepaid, your refund will be initiated once we receive the returned package.

4. How long does the refund take?

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Will I be charged for cancelling my order?

Absolutely not! Cancelling your order before shipment is completely free. There are no hidden fees or penalties.
