• Returns are only eligible within 7 days from the date the order is delivered to you.
• After 7 days of delivery, we are unable to accept any return requests.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

• To request a refund/return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Once we confirm your request, please ship the item back to our warehouse. The product should be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and tags (if any).

3. Refund Processing

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
• Refund will be issued within 7 business days of our warehouse receiving the return.

If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g. item used, damaged, missing parts), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

4. No Exchange / Return-Only Policy

• We currently do not offer exchanges. Only refunds are supported.
• Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order or contact customer support for guidance.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

• Unless the item was defective or we shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
